Clueless.
This was how I felt after I had my baby and tried to get back into exercise. I knew what to do, and how to do it. But my problem was when.
Trying to carve out the time to exercise felt like too many things had to come together. And they very rarely did.
I tried specific times to exercise. I tried doing workouts with my baby. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. Often, instead of getting straight into a workout when my little one went down for a nap (if he wasn’t napping on me), I’d make dinner, or tidy.
I might get a good run of workouts in, but it wouldn’t last.
It was time to reframe how I approached exercise. It took me a while, but eventually I found something which worked.
And it’s worked for many others too.
Now it’s time to let you into it too.

Q: My child is much older, can I still join?
A: Of course!
Q: Do I need any special equipment?
A: Nope, we’ll use bodyweight and things you can find at home.
Q: Does this cater to all levels of fitness?
A: Yes, no matter if you’re just starting out, or are an athlete.
Q: Do I need any special tech, or to sign up to a certain platform?
A: No, this challenge will all be done va WhatsApp – nothing new to learn or to sign up to.
Q: How much time will I need to commit to?
A: As little as 3 minutes a day. Easy!
Q: Can I do this even if I’m pregnant?
A: Yes, exercises can be modified where necessary to make them appropriate for pregnancy.
Q: When does this run?
A: It starts on 5th February and runs until 15th February.
Q: What happens after the 10 days? Can we continue it?
